Great opportunity: we are hiring a dispatch rider in Hardin County, Ohio. You will be based at a courier and parcel hub. Ideal candidate: • Basic reading and number skills to handle addresses and cash • Ability to ride safely in heavy traffic and in monsoon rain Day to day you will collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end; scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off; refuel the bike and log fuel expenses against each run; handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding; capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset; weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
