Vacancy available: hydraulic press operator (California)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Contra Costa County, California. On a typical shift you will load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area. Requirements: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
