Shakeout operator wanted in Stutsman County

Join our team: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Stutsman County, North Dakota. You will be based on the moulding line. Requirements: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Basic grinding and fettling skills On the job you will handle: • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle Rotating shifts.
