Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day to day you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer.
