Immediate opening: aluminium technician (Ohio)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an aluminium technician in Jefferson County, Ohio. You will be based in a fabrication and glazing factory. What we are looking for: • Good finishing sense — no scratches, clean silicone lines • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections On a typical shift you will de-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces; fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine; fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels; drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
