Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Paulding County, Georgia. You will be based in a catering unit. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) The role involves: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
