Dish pit attendant — Randolph County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Randolph County, North Carolina. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts The role involves: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls We offer $24 per hour plus benefits.
