Formwork erector — Saint Joseph County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork erector in Saint Joseph County, Michigan. You will be based at a reinforced concrete building site. Day-to-day duties: • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured Ideal candidate: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
