Dough maker wanted in Allen County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Allen County, Indiana. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Your main tasks: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Score the top of loaves before baking • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them $190 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
