LGV Class 1 driver — Craig County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a LGV Class 1 driver in Craig County, Virginia. The job is at a busy distribution depot. You will couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; present documents at weighbridges and check posts; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules. You should have: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules Rotating shifts.
