What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Day-to-day duties: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
