Now hiring: we are hiring a dozer operator in Beaufort County, North Carolina. The job is at a civil contractor's yard. The role involves maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid. Requirements: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
