Immediate opening: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Ado Odo/Ota, Ogun State. You will be based on residential new-build sites. You should have: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate On the job you will handle: • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Insulate and ventilate the roof void 5+ years on the tools preferred.
