Great opportunity: we are hiring a solid plasterer in Wayne County, Illinois. Day-to-day duties: • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge Requirements: • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience.
