Dishwasher — Santa Rosa County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwasher in Santa Rosa County, Florida. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Day to day you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures.
