Now hiring: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Larimer County, Colorado. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings The role involves operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings.
