The role involves: • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint Ideal candidate: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Able to read and match factory paint codes A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
