Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Hale County, Texas. You will work in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff We offer $170 per day plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
