Laundry presser wanted in Republic County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a laundry presser in Republic County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep The role involves: • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
