Banquet server — Pennington County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a banquet server in Pennington County, Minnesota. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. Your main tasks: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
