HVAC-R technician • Sumter County, Florida

Vacancy available: we are hiring a HVAC-R technician in Sumter County, Florida. You will work in an AC and refrigeration showroom. On a typical shift you will fault-find control boards and defrost timers; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves. What we are looking for: • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
