Electronics assembly operator • Newton County, Arkansas

Immediate opening: we are hiring an electronics assembly operator in Newton County, Arkansas. The job is at a busy assembly plant. The role involves: • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station What we are looking for: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred 6+ years on the tools preferred.
