Vacancy available: we are hiring an ironing operator in Sabon Birni, Sokoto State. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment Day-to-day duties: • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press 2+ years on the tools preferred.
