Great opportunity: we are hiring a site labourer in Cumberland County, Illinois. The role involves mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker. You should have: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio Performance bonus on top of base pay.
