Short order cook — Wheatland County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a short order cook in Wheatland County, Montana. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day-to-day duties: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Six days a week, one day off.
