Prep cook • Citrus County, Florida

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Citrus County, Florida. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Full-time with occasional weekends.
