Formwork carpenter wanted in Pepin County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Pepin County, Wisconsin. You will work at a precast concrete yard. Requirements: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Your main tasks: • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
