Vacancy available: we are hiring a shrink wrap operator in Kodiak Island Borough, Alaska. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience on a packing or production line • Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing The role involves inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals; change over film rolls and reset the heat sealer; count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton; stack and arrange goods onto pallets for dispatch; wipe down and sanitise the line following hygiene rules. 6+ years on the tools preferred. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
