JCB operator • Grant County, Arkansas

Great opportunity: we are hiring a JCB operator in Grant County, Arkansas. You will work on a busy civils and groundworks site. The role involves: • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers You should have: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) We offer $2,000 per project plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
