Elevator technician • King County, Texas

Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator technician in King County, Texas. You will work on a high-rise construction site. Requirements: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces Your main tasks: • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
