You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
