Immediate opening: conventional mill operator (Nebraska)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Howard County, Nebraska. On the job you will handle: • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors You should have: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
