Garment presser — Crane County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a garment presser in Crane County, Texas. You will be based at a textile finishing unit. The role involves: • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Give each garment a final press before packing What we are looking for: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
