Backhoe operator — Nicholas County

Now hiring: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Nicholas County, Kentucky. You will work on a housing development site. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds You should have: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
