We are recruiting: powder coating sprayer (Delta State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Oshimili North, Delta State. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. On the job you will handle: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
