Crane operator • Manatee County, Florida

Great opportunity: we are hiring a crane operator in Manatee County, Florida. The job is at a plant hire yard. Day to day you will work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects. You should have: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery Full-time, day shift.
