Vacancy available: we are hiring an escalator technician in Blount County, Alabama. The role involves: • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake You should have: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
