Rigging foreman — Heard County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Heard County, Georgia. Your main tasks: • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio What we are looking for: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
