Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts On a typical shift you will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager.
