Maintenance painter — Morgan County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Morgan County, West Virginia. You will be based on a residential building site. The role involves prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; sand and fill walls before applying primer; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding 1+ years on the tools preferred.
