Bar bender and fixer — Brooks County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Brooks County, Georgia. On a typical shift you will set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour. You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
