Kitchen porter — Wayne County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Wayne County, Mississippi. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts The role involves: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Part-time with flexible hours.
