Ideal candidate: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot Your main tasks: • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
