Vacancy available: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Dawson County, Texas. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. You will read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch. Requirements: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $29 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
