Vertical transportation technician — Tyrrell County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Tyrrell County, North Carolina. You will be based in a residential tower block. Day to day you will run load and overload tests with test weights; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables. What we are looking for: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics 5+ years on the tools preferred.
