Turning centre operator wanted in Cass County

Now hiring: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Cass County, Indiana. You will work at an auto-components manufacturing unit. What we are looking for: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Your main tasks: • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
