Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths The role involves mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife.
