UPVC window fabricator — Madison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an uPVC window fabricator in Madison County, Kentucky. The job is at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely The role involves: • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees $26 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
