Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Akinyele, Oyo State. Your main tasks: • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs What we are looking for: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level Six days a week, one day off.
