Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Dallam County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $170 per day, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
